Steamboat Rock State Park Camping September 2010
I was a lucky boy and met with both my Grandparents on September 17-19, 2010 to watch Daddy's triathlon. Gr Rose and Gp Gary bought me a snazzy rain suit and the weather cooperated and I splashed in huge puddles with my boots. We saw deer, wild turkeys and a few "ro ro's" (aka doggies). Gp Bev and Gp Bob pulled me around in my bike cart and well Mommy was Mommy and I love just being around her. Good job Daddy on the successful Triathlon! What fun.

Mt. Rainier Larsen/Houck Family Reunion
We had a wonderful time at Mt. Rainier for the Larsen-Houck Family reunion. We stayed in a cabin outside the entrance. We didn't get to hike with the family as much as we would have liked to (Ollie enjoys his naps) but we had a great time seeing people. We were lucky enough to have a great baby sitter one of the days to go hiking (thanks mom) and then John and I each were able to ride from the entrance to Paradise (18 mile ride up hill) with Oliver chaperoning.Oliver's First Plane Trip/Dad's 35th birthday
We flew to San Francisco for John's 35th birthday. We stayed at Adrienne and Josh's and Oliver got to hang out with his Auntie Hilary and Ian, for two whole days.
Catch up time
WOW, got a bit behind with the blogging. Good thing I am not getting paid for this. I think the next event in July was heading to Lake Chelan for John's triathlon. We camped with Grandpa Gary and Grandma Rose.
John improved on his previous time, AND got to carry Ollie across the finish line to the collective Awwwwwwww of the crowd.

Oliver goes on Vacation
Traveling to Stehekin. First you take a 2 hour ferry ride. Once you are there, no cars. We biked and walked everywhere.

Oliver has a great since of humor. His baseball cap photo is classic for when he thinks something is funny.
Top left is an early birthday gift from Grandma Rose and Grandpa Gary. He's been really working on his walking skills.
Chubby Bunny Reunion
An amazing thing happened. 16 adults, 4 babies under age 1, 1 baby under age 3 months, and 6 kiddos under age 6 came together for a residency reunion near Leavanworth, WA. All under the same roof.
Ollie swam for the first time and loved it.
Mother's Day
Ollie took his Mother out to lunch for Mother's Day. Afterwards, he dropped her off for an hour long massage while he played at a near-by park.

Grandma Rose's Birthday
Ollie had a really nice day helping Grandma celebrate her 2 to the 6th birthday.
Cleaning
We are starting him young. He is already doing the dishes, but now he knows how to mop the floor. We are lucky parents.
